Mark visually
You do not get “redact all emails.” Hunt repeated headers yourself. If that sounds miserable on a 300-page production, that is a sign to use Xodo/Foxit search-and-redact instead of being a hero with rectangles.
Download and verify
Search for a known email or number. Xodo’s FAQ is right that redaction should be irreversible — prove it on the file you will send.
