A visa PDF packet is a DS-160 confirmation, a passport scan, an employment letter, and proof-of-funds statements. Consulates and designated portals need what the instruction list named. Visa-packet mistakes that leave a sponsor’s full account on proof of funds

Proof of funds is a letter or a marked snapshot. It is not a biography of a sponsor’s spending. Cover memos and extra accounts the instruction list did not name.

Emailing a passport scan plus a bank statement in one file to a WhatsApp group of cousins “for advice.” Ask the question in text. Do not attach the packet.
